Subject: Change in Billing Cycle

Dear Valued Customers,

I am writing to inform you of an important change regarding our utility billing cycle.

Effective immediately, we have transitioned to a new billing cycle that begins on the 1st of the month and ends on the last day of the month. This change is designed to eliminate the sporadic nature of our previous billing cycles, where bills were issued anywhere from 30 to 40 days apart.

The new billing cycle will bring consistency and predictability to our billing process and your utility bill, avoiding fluctuations in the length of days meters are read and providing you with a clearer understanding of your utility usage and charges.

We understand that adjusting to a new billing cycle may require some time to acclimate. Therefore, we want to assure you that late fees will not be applied for the month of February. This grace period will allow everyone to become accustomed to the new billing cycle without any undue financial burden.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this transition period. Your feedback and support are invaluable to us as we strive to improve our services and streamline our operations for the benefit of our valued customers.
