STAGE 3 WATER CONSERVATION MEASURES INSIDE AND OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS.
Irrigation of outside plants by residential and commercial customers is prohibited except:
Watering plants in containers, flower gardens or food gardens by hand using a sprinkler can is allowed on any day at any time.

Golf Course
Limited to 4 acre feet per month.
Cemeteries
Not Allowed
Greenhouses and Grow Warehouses (as defined in Ordinance No. 1056)
Greenhouses and Grow Warehouses are encouraged to use all possible conservation measures including drip irrigation.
Maximum allowed use: 50,000 gallons per billing month.
Water Haul
Water for hauling is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Water will be sold for domestic cisterns only.
- The City will not sell and water haulers are prohibited from using hauled water for any commercial, horticultural or agricultural purpose except for livestock watering.
- Hauling water from fire hydrants, residences or businesses is prohibited.
